By using TWDownload (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What the Service does

TWDownload is a technical tool that locates the publicly served media files inside an X (Twitter) post you link to and lets you save them to your device. The Service hosts no media itself and is not affiliated with X Corp.

2. Acceptable use

  • Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  • Only download content you have the right to save: your own posts, content whose creator has given you permission, or content you are otherwise legally entitled to keep a private copy of.
  • Do not re-upload, republish, sell or otherwise redistribute downloaded content without the rights holder's permission.
  • Do not use the Service to harass anyone, to infringe copyright, to violate the X Terms of Service, or for any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not scrape, overload or attempt to disrupt the Service (automated bulk requests are rate-limited and may be blocked).

3. Intellectual property

All content you download remains the property of its creator and/or X Corp. TWDownload claims no rights over it and grants you none. "Twitter" and "X" are trademarks of X Corp., used here only to describe compatibility.

4. Copyright complaints

If you believe the Service is being used to infringe your rights, contact the site operator with the post link and proof of ownership, and we will respond promptly.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. X changes its platform frequently; we don't guarantee that every post, format or quality will always be available, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TWDownload and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any consequences of how you use downloaded content. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

7. Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
